WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?

We work with Realtors, Home Owners, Interior Designers, Builders, and anyone in need of professional photography.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Shoots are typically 2-4 hours depending on the square footage of the property. Video, twilight, and aerials will require additional time. The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives.

WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE AVAILABLE?

Turnover is usually 48 hours from the scheduled shoot. Time may vary depending on the package and property size.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

DO YOU HAVE A SUPRA KEY?

No, we do not. The client will need to meet onsite or coordinate method of entry before arrival.

WILL I OWN THE COPYRIGHTS TO THE IMAGES ?

No. Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photography remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon. David B. Bates LLC retains all rights to photos taken of properties. We license the use of the images to the client of the property at the time the photo is taken. The license of use is extended to the client for the amount of time that the property is for sale. Photographs taken by David B. Bates LLC are not to be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property listing. Images cannot be sold or distributed without prior authorization from David B. Bates LLC.
